End-To-End Workflow And Product Development

Our Workflow Process

A laser scanner device projects light patterns onto a metallic surface with drilled holes.

Reverse Engineering

We specialize in capturing existing parts or structures through 3D scanning, precise measurements, and manual inspection. Whether components are damaged, discontinued, or undocumented, we recreate their geometry and function digitally — setting the stage for upgrades, improvements, or reproduction.

Modeling & Engineering Design

Using CAD and design engineering principles, we develop fully parametric 3D models, assemblies, and systems tailored to your project’s functional and spatial needs. From concept sketches to production-ready files, we design with manufacturing, performance, and practicality in mind.

Simulation & Validation

Before building, we test. Using finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD), we simulate real-world forces, loads, airflow, heat, and pressure. This allows us to optimize performance, ensure structural integrity, and validate designs against failure or inefficiency — reducing risk and rework.

Fabrication & Production

We bring designs to life using 3D printing, composite layups, mold-making, and small-batch manufacturing techniques. Whether it’s a prototype, a functional part, or a custom decorative piece, we deliver tailored, physical solutions that fit your goals — from first article to final assembly.
